COVID-19 Update for our customers

To our loyal customers

Together, we are facing an unprecedented situation that is impacting all of our families, our communities, and our way of life.

While the COVID-19 situation has shown signs of early peak,

the effects of quarantine and social distancing has no doubt been weighting deeply in our hearts with the fear of risks to our communities.

The economic and emotional tide brought on by the COVID-19 is a burden for many of our fellow Canadians today.

After having read through each and every message you have sent to us about the positive impact CBD has had on your stress and anxiety,

we are reminded of our mission and the passion which ignited Quick Weed as a company.

Effective immediately, we are implementing our new affordability measures for all Quick Weed products by reducing prices indefinitely until further notice.

Remaining profits will go towards donation of personal protection equipment (PPE) to vulnerable sectors and local communities.

At Quick Weed, our team believe, this is not the time to be profiting, but an opportunity for empathy and solidarity.

We’re in this together. Take care, and all the best.

What’s the difference between CBD and THC?

Many people are concerned about the effects of CBD as they think it may be intoxicating like delta-9 tetrahydrocannabidiol (THC). THC is used for therapeutic, medical and recreational purposes due to its psychoactive effect (a.k.a “high”). However, CBD is derived from hemp, which contains little to no THC but high amounts of non-intoxicating CBD.

Simply put, CBD does what THC does without the intoxication.

How much CBD should I take?

Everyone has different level of tolerance and bioavailability when it comes to remedies, thus personal dosage will differ. The World Health Organization conducted a study on CBD late 2017 that states cannabidiol is “generally well tolerated, with a good safety profile.” Their dosage framework ranged from 100mg-800mg per day on human subjects.

I have the pet CBD oil. How much should I give to my dog/cat?

Measuring tolerance for dogs can be difficult as they differ in sizes. From a Veterinarian perspective, the level dosage is based on their weight, from 0.05mg per lb to 0.25mg per lb would be within tolerable range.

How do I take CBD?

There are numerous ways to take CBD. The most common way is tincture (under-the-tongue oil drops), followed by ingestion (edibles). Some people choose to inhale (vape), and for those people who want to target a specific area of their body for pain management, topical (lotions, balms, creams) is a way to go.

What’s the strongest (most potent) CBD oil for sale?

For tintures, we carry 300mg, 500mg, 1000mg, 2000mg and 3000mg bottles. All of our products are lab-tested and certified with no additives. We stand by our product; we guarantee that the concentration level written on the bottle is exactly what you are getting. The 3000mg tincture we have is the most potent one as of now. We are currently under research and development for higher potency tinctures to serve you better.
