Payment

We currently accept payments such as Interac e-Transfer via email and PayPal only. Both require the assistance of a working online banking account. Be assured that these services help keep your transactions discreet and anonymous. Payment instructions will be available upon checkout which will include our email address, security questions, and details which we advise you to copy down. If you are missing information, please reach out to us with your Order ID at [email protected]. Other payment methods including cryptocurrencies are currently being developed.

  1. Access your bank online and visit the Interac e-Transfer tab. From there, Add or Mange new Contact. (You can request help from your bank over the phone or visit a local branch if you require assistance).
  2. Add our email “[email protected]“, and our contact name as WeedBros or WB.
  3. Add the full amount of the purchase including the taxes and select your account and WeedBros as the recipient.
  4. There will be a secret question and an answer provided to you after purchase at check out. They can be found as well on the confirmation email sent to you. Please follow the instructions carefully and confirm them in the e-Transfer.
  5. You will receive your shipment after the e-Transfer has been processed.

The order will be processed right away upon clearance of the payment. The payment process may take from 2 hours up to two business days. Order will only be processed upon the confirmation and arrival of the e-Transfer. Don’t worry, we will send you a payment confirmation right away through email once it has been accepted!

Payment delivery speed depends on many different factors including how many transactions are processing during the time of payment, weekends vs weekdays, what banks are being used, etc. Please note, the payment process may take from an hour up to two business days by PayPal or Interac to approve. In addition, if your payment has been accepted from Monday to Friday before 2pm eastern standard time (EST) cut off, your order will be processed and shipped out the same business days if regular business levels persist. Any orders after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

While our business continues during weekends to help get your products faster, all weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Don’t worry, we will send you a payment confirmation right away through email once it has been accepted!

What you see is what you get! No additional tax fees, they are included in our prices.

We don’t hide the cost of shipping on our products by including them in the price, that’s why they are cheap!

Orders above the order of $150 are applicable for FREE OF CHARGE shipping Canada Wide. All other orders will follow a flat delivery fee + additional fees dependent on city/province.

  2. Fill out the form with the correct details, we don’t want your item to get lost!
  3. Read our Terms and Privacy Agreement and click “Accept” if you consent.
  4. Click “Register”/ “Confirm”.
  5. Simple, now you can order! You may choose to update any of your personal information at any time before a pending order.

Quick Weed made ordering intuitive and easy. Here’s a step by step process if you need help.

  1. Visit the different “Product” pages by scrolling down the homepage or through the top bar.
  2. Browse, take your time to find what you like, and click on the product title.
  3. If applicable, click on the size/weight or color of the product you want, and click “ADD TO CART”.
  4. Click the “CART” icon or “VIEW CART” located at top right corner once you are done to review your order.
  5. You can remove items by clicking the “X” button, or add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“buttons beside the product. Confirm by clicking “UPDATE CART”.
  6. Review and amend your billing, shipping, and order details If applicable.
  7. We require your consent to our terms & conditions before finalizing your order.
  8. Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done; if your purchase fails, you may need to setup an ACCOUNT before you can order products.
  9. Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to send an E-Transfer.
  10. Send your e-Transfer and make sure it was processed. We will then process and ship your order.

At Quick Weed, the safety and security of your product is our objective. Your order will be handled with extreme care and sealed to minimize risk against theft, post office checks, and other random occurrences. Shipping via Canada Post ensures your order will be discreet and secure.

Currently, we only ship within Canada. Our mastermind plans for expansion are still being developed. Feel free to check in with us periodically for updates.

Processing of the payment may take up to two business days. The order will be marked as “Payment pending” or “Hold” and will ready to be processed and delivered upon arrival of the e-Transfer payment.

Upon checkout, the order will automatically be placed on “Hold” or “Payment Pending” status by our system, awaiting payment to be confirmed. Please note, once your payment arrives, your order status will change to “Order Processing”, which will then change to “Shipped” following the next business day excluding weekends. For weekend orders or payment status change, they will be shipped the next following business day (Monday) when the post office opens.

*For orders which we have not received the payment within 48 hours, our system will automatically delete the order and notify you by email to ensure security of your account.

Please note this discount only applies when you add three to eight individual ounces of marijuana flower products only. This discount does not apply to quarter pounds, half pounds as a single product in your cart. You must add individual ounces to your cart in order for this discount to apply at checkout. You are also able to add more than one ounce of the same strain in order qualify for the discount

Please note that this discount only applies for new customers or by friend referrals on certain select items*. If you meet these criteria and still have issues, please contact us right away by clicking the online chat icon on the bottom right of the page.

Larger discounts usually mean our competitors have added a lot of margin to their products. They already make a lot of money before their so called “discount” and still do after their discount. We try to keep our fees and prices fair and plain for you to see.

For safety and security, our system does not allow you to manually change or cancel and order once it has been placed. Please contact us right away at via email at [email protected] or live chat and our internal support team will look to amend it for you. Once updated, the payment will be credited back to you, alongside adjustments of loyalty points dependent upon the change. You will be asked to follow new payment instructions for your new order which will be displayed to you.

Boveda packs are the leading humidity control products in the industry for marijuana and tobacco. By storing your cannabis in the “optimal” humidity level, you can improve the quality of your cannabis alongside a longer “expiry date” to prevent drying out. Here at Quick Weed, we understand you want you weed ASAP, and that’s what we aim for. Once the payment has been accepted, your order will be shipped and due to arrive within 2-3 business days to most areas in Canada via XpressPost. If you reside in rural areas, northern provinces, or small population cities, it may take up to 5 to 10 business days depending on the specific area of residence and the speed of Canada Post. Please refer to the FAQ below regarding the shipping related to Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario, and Northern territories.

Your tracking number is emailed to you upon arrival at the post office. If you still have not received a tracking number by the next business day 5pm EST after following the acceptance of the payment, please contact us at directly at [email protected] or our live chat customer service right away. Please note, confirm your payment beforehand and wait at least 24 hours after the order status change to “processing” to ensure it is not a payment or delay issues.

Be assured we will always be there to help you receive your package as fast and securely as we can. There may be various reasons why your order has not arrived but please do a quick check of the list below before contacting us right away.

  1. Please confirm beforehand your payment has been accepted and the order has been shipped by checking the status of your order.
  2. Re-confirm your personal shipping and billing details including address, postal code, city, apt #, etc.
  3. Confirm your order’s location by the tracking number you have received via email on the official Canada Post website.
  4. Did you check your PO Box?
  5. Are there any failed delivery attempt notices?
  6. Do you have the correct address format?

If you still have unresolved issues, please contact us right away through [email protected] or via live chat located below to the bottom right. We will contact Canada Post on your behalf and open a service ticket for your package promptly. Based on our experience, once the ticket has been opened, Canada Post usually traces back and delivers the item within 3-5 business days. Don’t worry, we will be there!

Shop with comfort knowing that Quick Weed got your back and offer full insurance for your order. While it rarely happens outside of Northern Quebec, Norther Provinces, and parts of Ontario, if your item gets lost or stolen, we will replace your package for you upon investigation. However, we do not offer replacement packages if the tracking number is shown to be delivered. For missing item issues, please consult the next FAQ question below.

At times, Canada Post makes the mistake of mis-delivering an item.
Here is what to do if your package shows as delivered but you can not find it.

  1. Verify the shipping address in your Orders.
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  3. Look around the delivery location for your package or community mailbox.
  4. See if someone else accepted the delivery at your home.
  5. Check if your neighbour or the package has been dropped nearby by mistake.
  6. Wait 36 hours – At times, Canada Post has system error and has not yet been delivered and mis-scanned.

If you still have problems, don’t worry! Contact us right away via live chat or email at [email protected] and we will open an investigation case with Canada Post for you. The investigation may take up to 5 business days, and upon completion, the order may be delivered to you within 48 hours. However, if the order is deemed “Unrecoverable”, we will offer a One-Time Replacement package, 100% free of charge.

“The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked: with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf; their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key; around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home. In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”

Generating a tracking number online enable us to ship faster and be efficient to save you time. The “Electronic Information Submitted by Shipper” is a default message which indicates, we as sellers have created the trackable listing and is awaiting to be dropped and shipped to its destination. Based on our experience, Canada Post updates this information around 6 – 8pm EST depending on the scan location and the time of drop off at the local post office. You will continue to see updates conveniently as it makes its way to your doorsteps!

While our packages require no signature at the current time, if you do wish to add a signature, please note that there may a delay to the arrival of your products if no one is present at the time of delivery. Please leave a note at the Order Comments at checkout or message us directly and email at [email protected] alongside the order # to let us know ahead how we can accommodate.

In these kinds of cases, the primary culprit is wrong information submitted on the shipping address. If you notice the package being delivered to an unknown address, please confirm your address on file beforehand to make sure it is not a personal or a typo error. Contact us right away via chat or email directly at [email protected] to ensure a case can be opened with Canada Post to redirect the shipment as soon as possible. Please refer to the FAQ regarding incorrect address. There is no guarantee we can prevent the shipping from arriving.

Canada Post’s officials may forget to update the status of the order by scanning the items. This creates an issue where the order appears to be stationary and stuck in a limbo while the item is being shipped to your address. Please note the expected delivery date of the item is 3-5 business days, and if the status and the location remains the same, please Email us directly at [email protected] and we will open an investigation for you with Canada Post.

  • Based on Canada Post shipping speed, even at its fastest, expected delivery ranges from 5 days to 10 days depending on the specific area.
  • Statistically, postal theft is a minor issue in most areas, but is relatively common in the Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Northern Ontario and Quebec.
  • We recommend placing smaller orders if you are concerned about your order’s safety.
  • Please be advised to ensure you are ready to accept the package at the estimated day of arrival.
  • Replacement packages or refunds are due for lengthy investigation before they can be issued. You will be placing the order at your own risk.

If a package is transit and on route to be delivered when you notice this error, please contact us right away via live chat or email at [email protected]. While there is no guarantee, it may be possible to redirect the shipment to the correct address if given enough time of notice beforehand. However, please note that once the package arrives to the wrong address, we do not offer any coverage for customer negligence.
